Restaurant Manager:

Hickory Tavern is seeking high energy leaders that want to be a part of a developing brand that have a sincere passion for hospitality and making people happy.

Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Manage front-of-house staff in an effort to exceed the guest expectations
  • Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
  • Enforce health, safety, and company protocols
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Schedule staff shifts and coordinate tasks
  • Conduct staff training and development
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficiency
  • Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting
  • Implement marketing initiatives for customer traffic
  • Foster a positive work environment.

Requirements
  • Three years of high volume, full service management experience.
  • A hospitality mindset.
  • A sincere passion for hospitality and making people happy.
  • Knowledge of and ability to enforce health and safety protocols.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in driving sales and implementing upselling strategies.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
