Duties:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Manage front-of-house staff in an effort to exceed the guest expectations
Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
Enforce health, safety, and company protocols
Handle customer inquiries and concerns
Schedule staff shifts and coordinate tasks
Conduct staff training and development
Manage inventory and order supplies
Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficiency
Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting
Implement marketing initiatives for customer traffic

Requirements
Three years of high volume, full service management experience.
A hospitality mindset.
A sincere passion for hospitality and making people happy.
Knowledge of and ability to enforce health and safety protocols.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in driving sales and implementing upselling strategies.
Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
