We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the hotel’s F&B service operations. With a passion for service, atmosphere, and design, you will play a central role in delivering an elevated dining and bar experience that aligns with the AC Hotel brand. This is your chance to build a dynamic, guest-centric team and shape the F&B culture of Vilnius’ newest lifestyle hotel.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
  • Drive service excellence through strong on-floor presence, team coaching, and training.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to align kitchen and front-of-house operations, menu coordination, and guest feedback implementation.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; foster a culture of professionalism, care, and style.
  • Ensure effective scheduling and staff planning aligned with occupancy and events.
  • Monitor costs and revenue targets through budgeting, cost control, and daily performance tracking.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee stock rotation and waste management.
  • Promote F&B services through engaging storytelling, curated offerings, and brand-aligned experiences.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, and labor law requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in food & beverage or hospitality operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong team management skills and ability to inspire others to deliver exceptional service.
  • Understanding of restaurant and bar operations, guest service flows, and lifestyle hospitality.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, people, and quality.

Salary: €2200 gross
