Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Cobbler and Crew.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and retention.
- Implement cost-cutting measures and streamline processes.
- Conduct service training and development programs.
- Create scalable models for new restaurants and bars.
- Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of the operation.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-energy service in a chaotic environment.
- Develop and deliver presentations on operational improvements.
- Contribute to the overall customer experience with a keen taste in music.
Requirements
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in managing restaurants and bars in 5-star properties or high-volume standalones.
- Experience in multiple cities or abroad is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, process setting, and customer experience enhancement.
- Proven track record in service training and team development.
- High energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hotel Management degree is mandatory.
- A good taste in music is a significant plus.
