What You’ll Do
As a Café Manager, you’ll lead a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving results. You’ll be responsible for:
- Coaching, training, and developing team members
- Creating a welcoming, safe, and clean environment
- Managing daily operations and ensuring food safety compliance
- Driving sales and controlling labor and food costs
- Recruiting and scheduling team members
- Supporting the General Manager and preparing for future leadership roles
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of restaurant management experience (fast-casual preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable work history
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
