A well known Retail company based in Durbanville is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric required
  • Related tertiary degree would be beneficial 
  • 2+ Years Restaurant Management experience required (non-negotiable) 
  • Must have fine dining experience
  • Must have wine and food pairing experience
  • Must have basic knowledge on liquor license and the legislation regarding a liquor license 
  • Must have food costing experience 
  • Must reside in or around Durbanville
  • Must be able to start as soon as possible
