The General Manager will lead overall operations at FBar Hamirpur, ensuring premium guest experiences, efficient daily functioning, and strong revenue growth aligned with FashionTV’s luxury standards. The role includes team management, service quality control, event coordination, influencer collaborations, marketing support, inventory oversight, vendor management, compliance, and ensuring a high-energy nightlife environment that enhances footfall and customer satisfaction.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

• Revenue Growth: Achieve weekly/monthly revenue and footfall targets.

• Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards, ratings, and repeat customers.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth floor operations, hygiene, safety, and SOP adherence.

• Bar Management & Bartending Standards: Oversee bartending performance, cocktail quality, speed of service, and staff training.

• Par Stock & Inventory Control: Maintain par levels for alcohol, mixers, and supplies; reduce pilferage and wastage; ensure timely stock ordering.

• Team Performance: Train, motivate, and manage staff for consistent premium service.

• Event & Marketing Success: Execute successful events, collaborations, and promotions to drive visibility.

• Cost & Inventory Control: Reduce wastage, maintain optimal stock, and manage vendor efficiency.

• Brand Compliance: Uphold FashionTV’s global luxury and aesthetic standards across all touchpoints.

Requirements: 5+ years in nightlife/hospitality management, strong leadership, knowledge of bar operations & bartending basics, experience in inventory/par stock management, excellent communication, and comfort working late-night shifts.
