Job Title: Production Manager_ Sheet Metal Fabrication

Location: Shikrapur, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 25,000 To 40,000per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sheet Metal Knowledge:

• Expertise in sheet metal processes, materials, and production techniques.

1. Store Knowledge:

• Managing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials.

1. Manpower Handling:

• Efficiently supervise and manage production staff to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.

1. Machine Operations:

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting laser cutting machines and bending machines.

1. Production Oversight:

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in production management, preferably in 4G/LTE or similar industries.

1. Education:

• Technical background (preferred).

1. Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

1. Relocation/Commute:

• Candidates must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Shikrapur, Maharashtra, before starting work.
