Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily meals according to dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Plan and create diverse and nutritious menus tailored to clients' tastes.
  • Source high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers.
  • Maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and report shortages as needed.
  • Offer meal presentation and plating that is visually appealing.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients during meal times.
  • Offer cooking demonstrations and engage with clients about food preparation.
  • Accommodate last-minute requests and alterations while balancing time constraints.
  • Keep track of food waste and strive to minimize it wherever possible.
  • Prepare special occasion meals and catering services for events.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and feedback.
  • Continuously learn and implement new cooking techniques and trends.
  • Help with meal prep and assist in meal assembly for large gatherings.
  • Work closely with other household staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef or similar role.
  • Formal culinary training or certification preferred.
  • Ability to create diverse cuisine styles.
  • Strong understanding of dietary restrictions and food allergies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility in working different hours and adjusting to client preferences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage kitchen duties efficiently.
  • Creativity in recipe development and meal presentation.
  • Experience in meal planning and grocery shopping.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
