Prep Chef – Restaurant & Bakery

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Prep Chef to join our team at our bustling restaurant and bakery. This is a unique role that supports both our savory kitchen and pastry team, playing a key part in the daily rhythm of our production.

Responsibilities include:


  • Roasting proteins and preparing sauces
  • Slicing and portioning meats and cheeses
  • Prepping vegetables and herbs for service
  • Assisting with pastry prep: cookies, scones, biscuits, jams, anglaise, and more
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work station
  • Following recipes and prep lists accurately and consistently

  • Fast-paced and focused with a sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Able to take direction and execute with precision
  • Comfortable juggling both sweet and savory prep in a dynamic kitchen

Have prior prep or line experience in a professional kitchen (preferred)
