Position Details:

 

We are looking for a driven professional who takes pride in providing exceptional experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate must have experience behind the bar and managing diverse teams and experience in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will also enjoy working nights focused on PM operations. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with craft cocktails and bar operations
  • Organize and oversee the staff schedules.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
  • Track beverage costs and order guides
  • Hire and train restaurant staff.
  • Manage inventory and purchases bar supplies.
  • Conduct daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Periodically evaluate restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.
  • Maintain sales records and track cash receipts.
  • Prepare and submit operations reports and other documentation requested by the F&B Director.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Have open availability with willingness to work nights and weekends

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
