The restaurant manager is responsible for daily operations, with a focus on being a constant floor presence to support the staff and guests' needs. The restaurant manager is a guest forward role and demands a professional who believes in floor presence to create genuine hospitality driven experiences. Requirements:

Candidates must be hospitality focused managers with at least 2-4 years of floor/operations experience at a manager level in full service restaurants (casual, upscale casual or fine dining preferred). Successful candidates should be confident in their abilities but have a strong desire to learn and grow.
