  • Produce bakery products and desserts in the onboard bakery, ensuring hygiene and quality standards.
  • Prepare cakes, pastries, sweets, and desserts according to specified recipes.
  • Organize and present the daily cake buffet.
  • Support in the control and organization of ordering, storage, and inventory management.
  • Work in the Show Galley area as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness in the entire work area and adherence to uniform regulations.

  • Completed vocational training as a confectioner with patisserie experience.
  • At least two years of professional experience, preferably with river and/or ocean experience.
  • Very good knowledge in the production of cakes, desserts, and sweets.
  • Knowledge of international standard products and HACCP knowledge.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in patisserie.
  • Attention to detail and high service orientation.
