Our client is a newly opened luxury boutique hotel nestled in a charming Cotswolds village. Part of an award-winning group, each property in the collection boasts its own unique character. They are now seeking a creative Pastry Chef De Partie to join their growing team.

You will need your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.

• £33,345 package
• Working 45 hours per week plus paid overtime

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef De Partie…

• Creating a variety of picture-perfect pastries to be served throughout the hotel
• Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh produce grown on-site
• Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the more junior pastry chefs
• Using your key attention to detail to ensure all your pastries are of a consistently high quality
• Taking advantage of the group’s training and development opportunities
