We are thrilled to assist a recently opened gastropub in a picturesque Cotswolds village. Part of a unique award-winning group, they are now searching for an experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen and drive the continued success of this exciting venture.

• £42,120 package
• Working 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…

• Leading, mentoring and inspiring your kitchen brigade
• Designing and delivering a seasonal, ingredient-led menu using the best local produce
• Maintaining high standards across all aspects of the kitchen, from food quality to hygiene
• Coaching and developing your brigade to ensure smooth service and growth
• Collaborating with senior management to establish this gastropub as a must-visit dining destination
