Job Description
This Michelin Starred Restaurant, located within a stylish Hotel in Upper Bath, is actively looking for a driven Pastry / Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate will be an essential part of our journey towards a world-class dining experience.
Salary: £32,292 plus tips around £1500-£2000 per annum
Essentials:
- Previous Michelin star experience preferred, but will consider all options.
- Previous CDP experience essential in 3AA Rosette above level.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of chefs.
- Creative approach to your work with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence in serving guests to help create an unforgettable experience.
- Experience in overseeing health and safety compliances.
- Calm and professional work ethic.

Details of the Restaurant:
- Dinner: 6:30-9pm (Tuesday to Sunday)
- Lunch: 12:30-2pm (Friday to Sunday)
- Closed Mondays (only breakfast and room service served)
- Closed 4 weeks of the year (1 week in January, 1 week in April, 1 week in August, 1 week in November); breakfast and room service still covered 7 days a week while closed.
- 1 breakfast shift a week (6:45-3pm) when 3 days off not available.
- 2 days off; we aim to give 3 DAYS OFF A WEEK, working 48 hours over 4 days.
