About the Role

The Pastry Chef de Partie is to support the Executive Pastry Chef in pastry section of the kitchen and ensuring high-quality preparation, baking, and presentation of all desserts, pastries, and baked goods in line with the restaurant’s standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Skills: A passion for creating exquisite pastries and desserts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and the Executive Pastry Chef.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of classic and modern pastry techniques.
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have legal rights to work in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: up to £17.50 per hour

  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Holidays: 28 to 30 days per year (increasing with service).
