You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be working in a team to produce delectable, delicate seasonal pastries for our award-winning afternoon tea, as well as other desserts for the all-day-dining menu during their day. This will include supervising all pastry kitchen personnel in your section with the Sous Chef or in their absence; participating in menu planning; as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, off-menu requests and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Pastry Chef de Partie
