What will you do:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes meet our renowned standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with your team to streamline kitchen operations and optimize efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development and innovation.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
What you need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.
- A culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
- A strong passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
