With a menu featuring over 45 handcrafted desserts, we bring a taste of Paris and beyond to Jacksonville. Our approach is rooted in craftsmanship, innovation, and a love for sharing great food. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented pastry chef to help shape the future of our bakery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to create seasonal offerings and special menu items.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role in a kitchen setting.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
• Passion for innovation, with the ability to create both traditional and modern desserts.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
