We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative pastry and dessert menus while overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes. This role requires a passion for baking and a commitment to excellence in dessert presentation.


Job Duties & Functions:

- Develop and design pastry and dessert menus that align with the restaurant's theme.

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts.

- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.

Requirements

 Education & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in Baking/Pastry preferred.

- 5 years of experience in volume production of baked goods and pastries.

- Detail-oriented with excellent attentiveness and organizational skills.
