In our main restaurant, the Brasserie, our chefs combine classic taste experiences with quality ingredients from local areas to create familiar aromas and flavors based on the season's best ingredients.
We are now looking for a passionate and creative pastry chef to join our team of 5 in the pastel department. The right candidate will have exceptional baking skills as well as a deep understanding of flavor combinations, textures and presentation. Our large banquet department reflects the volumes and quality we are looking for, while our brasserie requires a high degree of combinations, technology as well as taste and creativity.
