Summary:
The Pastry Chef of ROKI Collection is responsible for managing and supervising the pastry section of the kitchen, ensuring that all preparation and cooking is of the highest standard and that the dishes are delivered to the customers quickly and efficiently. The Pastry Chef will manage their department and will also work closely with the Director of Culinary to create new dishes, design menus and manage the kitchen staff. The role will be a full-time permanent role with a rostered 40 hour working week.
