This role is crucial in ensuring ti mely dispatches, smooth coordinati on with our contract manufacturing partners, and strict compliance with documentati on and inventory standards, especially in a fast-moving food environment where accuracy, freshness, and ti meliness are key.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : ● Dispatch Coordinati on - Work closely with the Contract Manufacturer PoC to ensure on-ti me dispatch of Finished Goods (FG) from the factory as per the daily plan. ● Vehicle QC & Loading Oversight - Conduct vehicle quality checks during FG loading at the factory to ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with food transport standards. ● FG Compliance & Documentati on - Ensure all dispatches are backed with complete documentati on—Invoices, E-way bills, and any statutory food transport requirements. ● RM/PM Compliance & Stock Reporti ng - Maintain updated records of Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) stocks at the manufacturing unit. Also, share ti mely stock and movement reports with the Procurement team. ● Supplier Coordinati on - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure complete and accurate documentati on for all RM/PM supplies to the factory. ● MIS & Reporti ng - Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to prepare and share essenti al MIS reports, stock summaries, and dispatch trackers on a regular basis. WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE ? ● Bachelors Degree in any stream with 1-3yrs of relevant experience ● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic reporti ng) ● Experience with EasyEcom (preferred) ● Familiarity with Tally ERP (preferred) ● Exposure to FMCG / Food industry operati ons is a strong advantage ● Excellent coordinati on, follow-up, and documentati on skills WHAT WILL YOU GET ? ● Fast paced growth in the startup FMCG space. ● Mentorship from senior people / board members / in house experts ● Ability to think strategically and lead. ● Key involvement in shaping the overall course of the startup and the customer experience at Wholsum Foods.
