ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the leadership team to launch new business verticals from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and learn what it takes to build new businesses inside our fast-growing FMCG company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
0→1 Execution
Own and execute new growth projects from scratch—market sizing, opportunity analysis, go-to-market plans.
Lead pilot launches, track early performance, and rapidly iterate based on data and feedback.
Customer & Market Research
Drive deep user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify whitespace opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Focus
Set up early sales channels (online/offline), build distribution strategy, and close initial partnerships or accounts.
Hit early revenue milestones while laying the groundwork for scale.
Cross-Functional Hustle
Collaborate across Product, Ops, Marketing, and Finance to build full-stack solutions.
Act as a connector between teams to move fast and stay aligned.
Support & Strategic Insight
Be a thought partner to the management on special projects and strategic priorities.
Prepare insights, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE?
2–3 years of experience in consulting, venture building, early-stage startups, business strategy, or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a bias for action.
A creative mindset with the ability to work with products and content.
A background in literature or related fields is preferred.
Passionate about building new things and learning by doing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Hungry to grow, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited about consumer brands.
