OTE: £30–40k+ (£25K Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

Hours: Full-Time (Mon–Fri)

At the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), we’re looking for a motivated, purpose-driven Course Consultant to join our team and inspire prospective students to enrol on our Natural Chef Diploma Course.

You’ll be speaking to people who want to:

• Address personal or family health through food
• Transition into a meaningful new career
• Launch their own food brand
• Educate others about natural nutrition and healing through cooking

Your role will involve:

• Making outbound calls to warm enquiries
• Listening to prospective students’ goals and advising on the course
• Guiding them through the enrolment process with empathy and confidence

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has strong communication and phone skills
• Feels at home in the world of health, food, and natural living
• Has a genuine desire to help others realise their potential through training

📍 Training takes place in East Grinstead, with work based at either our Head Office or London campus. This is not a remote position.
