The Head Sommelier is expected to work on the restaurant floor during restaurant operating hours. The Head Sommelier will be eligible to participate in the tip pool with wine captains and wine runners. The Head Sommelier for each of our wine programs is integral to maintaining and growing our award winning wine programs. What You Will Bring to the Table:
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
