DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Under direction from the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, repair and maintain machinery, plumbing, physical structure, and electrical wiring and fixtures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Performs complex plumbing, electrical and carpentry maintenance and repairs such as replacing solenoid valves, switches, relays and thermostats, rewiring appliances, constructing partitions and small outbuildings, installing plumbing pipes and related plumbing fixtures.
- Performs general painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs, such as unstopping clogged sinks, drains and garbage disposals, resetting circuit breakers, replacing cord caps, buffer switches and light switches.
- Make minor repairs to heating, refrigeration, air conditioning units and other electrical equipment; repairs damaged walls and doors; paint inside and outside building walls; replace windows; refinish and repairs furniture.
- Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
- Operates forklifts, scissor lifts, tractor, dollies and other basic loading and unloading equipment as required.
- Drives vehicles to transport materials such as furniture, supplies or equipment as required.
- Service equipment used by oiling, greasing and adding gas as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Work Experience:
- Commercial building trade or facilities/maintenance engineering experience.
- Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques.
- Ability to use power hand tools and equipment.

- Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
