Looking for a passionate Executive Chef versed in fine dining French cuisine. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years in running a fine dining kitchen with a heavy background in French cuisine. Michelin kitchen preferred. Must also have a strong and proven record for leadership and team development.
