Pay Range: $18�$24 per hour (based on experience)
Availability: Weekend availability required; additional shifts may be available during the week
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional culinary experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen, with proven mastery of knife skills and a range of culinary techniques.
- A formal culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution is preferred; however, a strong combination of hands-on experience and education will also be considered.
- Deep knowledge of food preparation and presentation, with the ability to execute recipes with precision and consistency while maintaining the standards of an elevated dining experience.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, remaining composed and focused under pressure.
- Clear communicator who values teamwork and collaborates seamlessly with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety in all areas of the kitchen.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented, with the ability to pivot when challenges arise in service.
- Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, setting the tone for those around them.
- Passionate about hospitality, understanding that every plate served contributes to the overall guest experience.

- Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to elevated presentation standards.
- Assist with prep work, cooking, plating, and service to meet the demands of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization by maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment and adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support in minimizing food waste.
- Support the training and development of new team members, fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture.
