What You’ll Do

  • Execute high-volume plating and preparation with speed, precision, and presentation standards.
  • Follow recipes to ensure consistency in taste and appearance across salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more.
  • Read and prioritize tickets; adapt to modifications quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols.
  • Uphold kitchen cleanliness at all times—work surfaces, equipment, and common areas.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver efficient, quality service.
  • Flex into roles across stations (hot line, cold side, prep, etc.) as needed.
  • Remain calm and professional during peak and event-driven periods. 

We’re Looking For You If You Have

  • Prior kitchen or line cook experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong multitasking, timing, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and cooking best practices (temps, sanitation, HM/GMP, etc.).
  • A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and readiness to learn and cross-train.
  • Availability flexible across days, nights, and weekends.

  • Must be 16 years of age or older 
  • Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc. 
  • Punctual, reliable, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift up to 25lbs.
