Doo-Dah Diner is a small family owed restaraunt in Wichita, KS. We are fast-paced, fun, and rewarding. Our goal is to fill not only customers bellies, but their souls too. We strive for every person to leave planning their next trip in. We are looking for some one who works well on a team and can keep up with the chaos of the Saturday morning brunch crowd. Line cook experience is required, but Egg cook experience gets you extra brownie points.

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for creating delicious dishes. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position (preferably in a diner setting)
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with industry best practices and food safety standards
