Laundry Driver

Position Overview:
The Laundry Driver is responsible for the safe and timely collection, transportation, and delivery of laundry items between the laundry facility, hotel departments, and external clients. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver clean and soiled laundry according to the established schedule.
• Ensure laundry items are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Load and unload laundry trolleys or bags safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist the laundry team with sorting, folding, and packing laundry when required.
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all hotel departments and clients.

Requirements:

• Valid driving heavy license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in laundry or hospitality operations.
• Good physical stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Knowledge of local routes and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
