We are looking for Subsidiary Cook to join our team!

  • Assist main cooks and chefs in preparing basic food items (e.g. cutting vegetables, marinating meat).
  • Prepare mise en place (ingredients and tools) before cooking starts.
  • Help with cleaning duties – washing utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.
  • Pack and portion food as instructed by senior cooks.
  • Deliver food items between kitchen sections or to service areas.
  • Ensure food is stored properly – follow FIFO and food safety standards.
  • Dispose of waste correctly and keep kitchen tidy.
  • Support any section in the kitchen (hot, cold, pastry) when needed.

Requirement:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hotel
