Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a fun and efficient work environment.
• Cook, inventory, order, organize, clean, and drive the line & prep cooks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Proven experience in a kitchen management role (minimum 2 years experience)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
