We are looking for Kitchen Cook to join our team!

  • Assist in food preparation under the guidance of Cook I or Chef de Partie.
  • Follow recipes and portion standards accurately.
  • Help with mise en place (chopping, marinating, basic cooking).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your station.
  • Stock ingredients and ensure freshness before use.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
  • Label and store food properly following hotel SOPs.
  • Assist in buffet setup or à la carte plating during service.
  • Follow all kitchen safety and food hygiene rules.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel
