1. Assist in the preparation of teaching resources, e.g preparation of
raw food & resources required for Food & Nutrition cookery
classes.
2. Provide administrative support, including word processing, data
entry, stock take, type & print lesson notes & worksheets, filing,
photocopy, laminate and bind documents.
3. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirement:
At least 3 or more GCE 'O' level passes including English and/or relevant
WSQ certificates, eg. In food safety
Good Written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Preferably possess NEA/SFA Food Hygiene Certification
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch
break
Fridays: 6:45am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
