Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Menü- und Speisenkartengestaltung
  • Vor- und Zubereitung von Bankettmenüs sowie sämtlicher kalter und warmer Speisen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Durchführung von Cateringveranstaltungen
  • Ein- bzw. Unterweisung der Aushilfskräfte und unserer Auszubildenden
  • Sicherstellen der Ordnung und Sauberkeit des Arbeitsbereiches
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften


Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Erfahrung im á la carte
  • Kenntnisse in der Zubereitung von Fleisch ist ein Plus
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Bereitschaft zur Wochenend- und Schichtarbeit
  • Strukturiertes und Selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
