If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy mentoring others, and are passionate about great food made right, we want to meet you.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

In This Role, You’ll Be Responsible For:

    •    Verify food is prepped, portioned, and served to standard

    •    Maintain speed and flow during service—jumping in where needed

    •    Help shape seasonal menus and keep offerings aligned with company goals

    •    Support FOH and cold bar teams as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

Team Leadership

    •    Lead, train, and support a team of cooks, prep cooks, and dish team members

    •    Host daily pre-shift meetings to align on service, quality, and expectations

    •    Set a positive tone in the kitchen and model professionalism

    •    Provide feedback, coach in real time, and support employee growth

Administrative and Operational Duties

    •    Write prep lists and manage daily production schedules

    •    Participate in performance conversations and interviews

    •    Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams

    •    Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards

    •    Keep up with emails and service recaps while staying engaged on the floor

What You Bring

    •    At least 3 years of kitchen leadership experience in a full-service, high-volume environment

    •    Deep understanding of culinary operations, from production to execution

    •    Strong menu development and recipe writing skills

    •    Confidence with large-batch cooking and catering-level execution

    •    Culinary degree is great—but not required if you bring real-world skills and hustle

If you’re ready to step into a role that blends leadership, creativity, and hands-on cooking in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
