We're recruiting on behalf of a popular, fast paced restaurant in Western Sydney that is looking for an experienced Chef to join their back of house team.
If you care about consistency, clean systems and good food, and you're comfortable running a busy service, this will suit you.

• Lead prep and service for your section
• Cook and plate dishes to house standards, consistently and on time
• Manage stock rotation, portion control and minimising waste
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
• Help write specials, refine recipes and improve systems
• Support with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff

• 3 plus years experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant
• Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with solid time management
• Understands food safety, HACCP and cleanliness standards
• Positive attitude, reliable and a genuine team player
• Flexible with evenings and weekend shifts

• Competitive hourly rate or salary depending on experience
• Stable hours in a busy, well run venue
• Input into menu and specials for the right person
