Our client is a busy, well established restaurant in the South West Sydney area, looking for a talented Chef to join the team. This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced kitchen, cares about quality and consistency, and wants stable hours in a local venue.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and cooking a range of dishes to recipe and standard
  • Managing prep, stock rotation and portion control
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen at all times
  • Working closely with front of house to ensure smooth service
  • Assisting with menu development and daily specials where required
  • Training and supporting junior kitchen staff as needed
About you
  • Experience as a Chef, Cook or strong CDP in a busy restaurant or café
  • Confident across grill, pans and basic larder
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Calm under pressure and able to deliver consistent quality in service
  • Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as part of the roster
