Our client is a busy, well established restaurant in the South West Sydney area, looking for a talented Chef to join the team. This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced kitchen, cares about quality and consistency, and wants stable hours in a local venue.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a range of dishes to recipe and standard
- Managing prep, stock rotation and portion control
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen at all times
- Working closely with front of house to ensure smooth service
- Assisting with menu development and daily specials where required
- Training and supporting junior kitchen staff as needed
About you
- Experience as a Chef, Cook or strong CDP in a busy restaurant or café
- Confident across grill, pans and basic larder
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Calm under pressure and able to deliver consistent quality in service
- Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as part of the roster
