Requirements
Proven experience as an Italian Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
Expertise in authentic Italian cuisine and contemporary plating styles.
Strong leadership & kitchen management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards.
