We are looking for a base -level IT support professional to manage day -to -day IT support and coordination across hotel and real estate operations.
<\/div>
This is a hands -on support role, where all major implementations and complex technical work are handled by third -party vendors.

The role focuses on system monitoring, user support, coordination with vendors, and ensuring smooth IT operations across properties.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>
A. IT Support & Operations
<\/div>

<\/div>
  • Provide first -level (L1) IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, POS machines, and basic network issues.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, system access requests, and basic troubleshooting.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support hotel and office staff with day -to -day IT issues and escalate to vendors when required.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain smooth functioning of basic IT services without business disruption.<\/span>

    B. Vendor Coordination & Follow -ups
    <\/div><\/div>
          Coordinate with third -party vendors for:<\/span>
    <\/div>
    • PMS, POS, CRM systems<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Network, Wi -Fi, and internet services<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • CCTV, access control, and telecom systems<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Raise tickets, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Act as a single point of contact between business users and IT vendors.<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      <\/div>
      C. Asset & Inventory Management
      <\/div>

      <\/div>
      • Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, POS, printers, routers, etc.).<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Track asset allocation, movement, and basic lifecycle records.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Coordinate with management for hardware purchases and replacements.<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        D. Basic Systems & Network Support
        <\/div>

        <\/div>
        • Perform basic checks on:<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Internet connectivity<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Wi -Fi availability<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Network devices (routers, switches – basic level)<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Escalate complex network or security issues to vendors.<\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>

          E. Documentation & Compliance
          <\/div>

          <\/div>
          • Maintain basic IT documentation, SOPs, and asset records<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Ensure users follow basic IT policies and data security practices.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Assist management during audits by sharing required IT information.<\/span>

            Skills & Competencies<\/b>

            • Basic knowledge of IT support, hardware, and troubleshooting<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking concepts<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Ability to coordinate with vendors and follow up on issues<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Good communication and problem -solving skills<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Willingness to learn and grow under guidance<\/span>

              Qualifications & Experience<\/b>

              • 2–3 years in IT support / desktop support / junior IT role<\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Hospitality experience is not mandatory<\/span>
