We are looking for a base -level IT support professional to manage day -to -day IT support and coordination across hotel and real estate operations. <\/div>
This is a hands -on support role, where all major implementations and complex technical work are handled by third -party vendors. <\/div>

Key Responsibilities<\/b> <\/div>
A. IT Support & Operations <\/div>
<\/div>
Provide first -level (L1) IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, POS machines, and basic network issues.<\/span> <\/li>
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, system access requests, and basic troubleshooting.<\/span> <\/li>
Support hotel and office staff with day -to -day IT issues and escalate to vendors when required.<\/span> <\/li>
Maintain smooth functioning of basic IT services without business disruption.<\/span> <\/li><\/ul>

B. Vendor Coordination & Follow -ups <\/div><\/div>
Coordinate with third -party vendors for:<\/span> <\/div>
PMS, POS, CRM systems<\/span> <\/li>
Network, Wi -Fi, and internet services<\/span> <\/li>
CCTV, access control, and telecom systems<\/span> <\/li>
Raise tickets, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.<\/span> <\/li>
Act as a single point of contact between business users and IT vendors.<\/span> <\/li><\/ul>
