Main Responsibilities
1. Greet customers warmly and escort them to their table.
2. Explain the menu, provide recommendations, and take customer orders.
3. Serve food and beverages accurately and according to service standards.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by asking for feedback and offering additional assistance.
5. Maintain table cleanliness and ensure dining utensils are available.
6. Handle payments and provide receipts to customers.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualification :
1. Passionate candidate with high energy and enthusiasm
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly personality and customer service attitude
3. Have experience in the food & beverage, hospitality or retail industry as guest service assistant
4. Preferably from hospitality, tourism, or social science major
5. Ability to work as part of positive and dynamic team
6. Good work ethic and teamwork attitude
7. Good time management skills
8. Minimum graduated from SMA or equal
