Key Responsibilities of the
HR & Learning Executive :
- Assist with recruitment,
onboarding, and induction of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee
records and HR documents.
- Handle attendance, leave
records, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance
appraisals and staff training logistics.
- Address employee queries
and support a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with
labor laws and hotel policies.
- Manage administrative
duties.
- Organize staff meetings and
internal communications.
Requirements of the
HR & Admin Executive :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
