Replenish room amenities (towels, toiletries, tea/coffee, etc.) and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and safely.
Report any maintenance issues or lost/found items immediately.
🙋 Guest Service & SupportGreet guests politely when encountered in rooms or hallways.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (e.g., extra linen, toiletries, room servicing).
Respect guest privacy at all times and adhere to “Do Not Disturb” protocols.
Provide clear, simple directions or assistance when needed.

Contribute to the hotel’s sustainability goals by minimizing water and chemical waste.

Use housekeeping systems (manual/digital) to mark task completion or report issues.
Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and follow instructions.
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and be on feet for extended hours.
Basic English communication skills.
