The Role
Knowing that first impressions count, our Housekeeping Team is dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the hotel. As Houseman, you play a vital support role within the housekeeping operation, ensuring that room attendants have everything they need to deliver outstanding service.
This is a physically active, hands-on role that requires teamwork, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Support the smooth running of the Housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
Assist room attendants by transporting linen, towels, amenities and housekeeping supplies
Handle manual tasks including lifting, moving and organising stock and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping storage areas and back-of-house spaces
Respond promptly and positively to internal requests and, when required, guest enquiries
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maximise efficiency and guest satisfaction
Ensure all duties are carried out in line with hotel standards, health & safety regulations and due diligence requirements
Requirements
Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not essential
Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including manual handling and lifting
Commitment to delivering excellent service and supporting team success
Personal integrity and reliability in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
EU citizenship is required for this position
