What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading from the front with energy, accountability, and a customer-first mindset
• Ensuring every guest enjoys fast, friendly service and a perfect product
• Driving sales and executing local marketing strategies
• Monitoring performance and maintaining strong cost control
• Training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Handling operational responsibilities including banking and inventory

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of management experience in quick-service or 1+ year in full-service dining
• Strong team-building, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze profit & loss reports and manage costs effectively
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to work a flexible 35–40 hour schedule
• Able to lift, squat, and stand for long periods—this is a hands-on role!
• Valid driver’s license, insured personal vehicle, and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent, and strong basic math skills
• Must meet Little Caesars background and employment eligibility requirements
