About the Role
As a Host / Hostess, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephone inquiries and reservations in a professional manner.
- Arrange tables and ensure smooth restaurant operation.
- Assist with menu for all meal periods and related administration work.
- Provide support to Restaurant Manager in maintaining an accurate guest record on the system.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
- Knowledge or experience in booking system.
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
