37.5 hours per week, 7.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday with 30min unpaid break- no late nights and all weekends off! Term time only!

As our ideal Hospitality Chef you will:-

• Have excellent craft skills and some bakery skills/experience
• Have experience of and be competent in managing allergens
• Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
• Have good communication skills at all levels
• Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
• Have comprehensive understanding of managing allergens
• Have the ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
• Have financial and budget awareness
• Have the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books

The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
