We are looking for a Horizon Club Host based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Horizon Club Host, we rely on you to:

• Provide personalized guest services with warm and attentive services
• Document guest preferences and assist with special arrangement as requested by the guests
• Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Provide F&B services to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently
• Assist guests with airline reservations, confirmations, handling of messages, transportation arrangements, city tours, restaurant reservations etc.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Hotel or Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline Operations
• Self-motivated and well organized individuals
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
